NATURE OF SERVICE
1.1 Export Model: Accel Direct operates as a specialized export and car parts carrier, for which customers can provide YAJ for us to bid on their behalf. We are not a traditional retail outlet. By using this service, the Customer acknowledges that flexibility regarding returns and exchanges is limited due to the nature of international logistics.
1.2 Information Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing correct part numbers, VIN, chassis code, dimensions, and specifications. Accel Direct will not be held liable for compatibility issues or "best match" selections.
ORDER FINALITY & CANCELLATIONS
2.1 Mandatory Final Sale: Any orders placed/bids placed for parts are legally binding and cannot be canceled for any reason.
2.2 Special Orders: Orders placed directly with manufacturers are final once payment is processed.
2.3 Cancellation Fees: If a non-auction order can be cancelled before shipment, a minimum 15% cancellation fee (or the fee mandated by the supplier, whichever is greater) will be applied.
2.4 Cancellation Fees (Auction): Since auction orders cannot be unbid, we will take a 30% cancellation fee for the item you want us to bid in your place, unless another person outbids us for the auctioned item.
ITEM CONDITION & WARRANTY
3.1 Used Goods: All used items are sold "As-Is" with no warranty, expressed or implied. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or claims regarding the mechanical condition or cosmetic state of used parts.
3.2 New Goods: New items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty only. Please note that most Japanese manufacturers' warranties do not cover international claims. All shipping costs associated with a warranty claim must be covered by the customer.
CLAIMS AND INSPECTION WINDOW
4.1 Three Business Day Rule: The Customer must inspect all items immediately upon arrival. Any claims for incorrect, missing, or damaged items must be submitted in writing within 3 Business days of the delivery date recorded by the carrier.
4.2 Damage Claims: To process an insurance claim for transit damage, the customer must retain all original packaging and provide clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and the external/internal shipping materials. Failure to provide packaging evidence voids the claim. Note: This entirely depends on the shipping method agreed by both the customer and us for us to pick a shipping method with insurance
LOGISTICS AND STORAGE
5.1 Volumetric Adjustments: Initial quotes are estimates. Final shipping costs are calculated based on actual "volumetric weight" ($L \times W \times H / 5000$). Accel Direct is not obligated to honor any incorrect prices or discrepancies in any supplier's pricing errors or gas surcharge prices/shipping prices.
5.2 Storage Policy: ANY SIZE Items are stored free of charge for one (1) week. After this period, a storage fee of (Starting) ¥500 per week per item will apply (Please email us to double-check the eligibility of your item's storage dates). If problems arise on our end and your products need to be held in our warehouse, storage fees will be waived.
Storage fees per week & item:
Smaller parts (Not exceeding 45x45x45cm) - ¥500
Wheels, body parts (excluding bonnet), transmission, differential, etc - ¥750
Bonnet, engine, or ANY fragile items - ¥1500

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & PAYMENTS
6.1 Direct Communication: In the event of an issue, the customer must contact Accel Direct ASAP.
6.2 Anti-Bypass Clause: Attempting to contact the original Japanese seller, the manufacturer, or initiating public disputes on social media before a formal resolution with Accel Direct will result in the immediate termination of after-sales support for that order.
6.3 No Credit: All orders must be paid in full (including shipping) before the items leave Japan. No credit or payment plans are offered.
